The Friends are a dedicated group of supporters who look to enhance the fabric and facilities of the Cathedral through many social and spiritual activities.

Become a Friend and enjoy the varied fundraising events we organise each year, as either a Life, Annual or Corporate member :

Membership runs from the 1st January to the 31st December each year.

Once you become a Friend you will receive a welcome pack and regular newsletters of the events and happenings taking place at Lancashire’s magnificent Anglican Cathedral. You will also be entitled to a 10% discount on any purchases from the Cathedral Shop.

Blackburn Cathedral is linked to two other Cathedrals, Bloemfontein in the Free State, South Africa and Braunschweig in Germany with whom we share a lively exchange program.
